Location We are located in Beaufort on the Grandes Alpes road. Beaufort is 20 km from Albertville, around 70 km from Chambéry and 170 km from Lyon. Location How do I get to the Chalet? By car: From Albertville, take the RD925 towards Beaufort. After the Renault garage on your right, drive for 800 metres. Take the first left towards Camping municipal / Domelin. Take the first left. Drive over the bridge to the end of the road. The chalet is on your right. By train: Take the train to Albertville, then take the shuttle bus from the bus station.
House rules To all our tenants: To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, that safety and hygiene are guaranteed for everyone, and that the accommodation is preserved for as long as possible, we ask you to read these rules and regulations. The following points must be observed and respected Capacity The flat has a maximum capacity of 6 travellers and 1 baby aged 0 to 2 years. Arrival and departure Arrival times are in the afternoon from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. For later arrivals, please let us know.
Check-out times are before 10am. This accommodation is rented with bedding (bases and mattresses), duvets, pillows and bolsters. Sheets and other household linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Cleaning products are provided, and there is also a stock of groceries in the kitchen. Rules of life and decorum The flat is non-smoking and non-smoking vapour is permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.
No parties. Please respect the tranquillity of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The volume of noise inside and outside the property must be kept to a minimum in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours. In the interests of neighbourliness, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 7am. Do not walk around the property in ski boots. It is forbidden to store bicycles or other means of transport in the accommodation.
Use of the premises. All the furniture (with the exception of the hosier in the living room) is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room and the outside lights, do not leave the water running unnecessarily and do not leave the doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the heating. All utilities (dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer) are at your disposal, but please use them normally and sensibly. Please do not throw anything into the toilet, except toilet paper. There are bins in each toilet. The access door to the flat is fitted with a lock and key. Make sure you lock it when you leave. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause. You have one or two free parking spaces.
Safety devices In the event of an emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the ambulance service, 17 for the police). A fire extinguisher has been installed in the kitchen A fire detector has been installed in the corridor. In the event of a problem: In the event of a fault or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation. We will do our utmost to remedy the situation. No refunds for repairs will be made without our agreement. In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage is apparent. In the event of loss or damage to items in the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repairing or replacing them. Security deposit: You will be asked to pay a security deposit of 500 euros on the day of your arrival, by cheque or in cash. It will be returned to you within a fortnight of your departure.
